2009 Apopka Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading Season
2009 Football Registration
Thanks to everyone who contributed to another very successful football registration!
Football registrations for returning and new players were held on March 21-22 and all six
teams are currently full. If you are interested in being placed on a 'Waiting List', please
email your contact information to 2badup@embarqmail.com. Please include the players
age, birth date, weight, phone numbers, and the physical address where the player will
reside during the 2009 school year.
Football Equipment Fittings being held at Bobby Manley field
Midget & Jr. Midget Tuesday, June 23 6:30 – 8:00 pm
Jr. Pee Wee Wednesday, June 24 6:30 – 8:00 pm
Mitey Mite & Tiny Mite Thursday, June 25 6:30 – 8:00 pm
Pee Wee Monday, June 29 6:30 - 8:00pm
Attendance is required. Any balance of payment and outstanding paperwork will be
collected.
Bring your Report Card…it must cover the entire 2008-2009 school year.
Physical/Medical Release:
All Players and Cheerleaders are responsible for getting their own performed this year. The
Pop Warner form must be used and dated after January 1, 2009. It is available under the
'Forms' tab.
Apopka Wellness Center is doing Sports Physicals for $10.00. Please call 407.886.0611 for
an appointment.
